  Rick Grossman is actually my favorite Bass player, for me watching
  and listening to Rick is like hearing Jim Moginie on guitar they
  both make notes work that just shouldn't (pure musical genius!).
   Though i think with Bones his singing ads so much to the Oils.
  Rick was very nearly an Oils member on many occasions too!.
