[Powderworks] showbiz.com.au concerns

Hello one and all,
I booked a waveaid ticket through showbiz. The ticket has not arrived
and I can't get through to showbiz.com.au. Furthermore, the wave aid
gig is no longer listed on their website.
Does anybody have any experience with showbiz and if so, do you have any
idea what is happening?
