this is one of the only situations i can ever think of, where i would
advocate someone suing the arse off someone else.  i hope the oils go the
jugular.  how improper!  

as i am against litigation as a form of revenge (specially when it is used
for ridiculous sums of money), maybe the oils could come up with more
inventive ways of getting rush (and his companion arses) back.  publicly
accusing him of stealing, and at the very best, mindlessly using content
that goes against his very 'principles' (what a dickhead!!!), could have a
magnificent effect on his chances of re-election...

'twill be interesting to see what comes up, if anything...
