At the beginning of the Forgotten Years video, there's a good close-up of Rob playing that I'd like to capture to use as a forum avatar.  Alas, since I have a Mac, capturing an image from a DVD requires third-party software, none of which is working for me.

Does anyone know of a site with stills of that video, or can anone get a screen capture for me.  (200X200 is fine.  I'll crop  the bit I want and shrink to 100X100.)
