G'day all,

Some of you may remember quite some months back (I
think it was about May last year) when I last
discussed this project.

If you don't, or you have joined the powderworks
since, then let me refresh your memory: I was working
on a musical based upon, and using, the songs of
Midnight Oil.

Well, about a month back, I decided that the script
was in a presentable state and took the idea to
Midnight Oil's licensing department.

Last week, I received the following reply:

>Unfortunately however Matthew, we cannot endorse this

In other words, no.

My apologies to those who were looking forward to
this. As you can probably understand, I am pretty
disappointed about this decision.
