[Peter Scott Poitras]

Does anyone have any idea how some company can get away with selling "Midnight Oil" (a brand, not the band) leather jackets, and use the Midnight Oil (band) logo font and colors from BSM?  I have seen numerous of these come up on eBay, one is below:
