[Powderworks] NMOC: Oil Question

If someone can please enlighten me here: if the U.S. is after oil, what are
Spain, Australia, Great Britain, Estonia and others doing there? Just
fulfilling their loyalty or an occasional suck on oil will be allowed them,
too?

I keep reading on the list that the U.S. Government "has been saying nothing
about Iraq..." Just wondering, how many of us are regular readers of the
DepState's Human Rights Report? It was mandated by the U.S. Congress in the
early 90ies, but before that there was other stuff, too.

Oh, it has just dawned on me! The U.S. and allies must have waited for over a
decade after the first Gulf war to make sure that oil in Iraq ripens a little
bit more.
