Yes,
Truth is stranger than fiction. Remember that James Bond film about the
Media magnate who tried to start a war for the ratings.
Isnt it amazing how the stock market went up. News Corporation among others
here in Oz. Nothing like a war to get things moving. Sell Saddam the weapons
then have a nice little war to get them back. As long as we arent the cannon
fodder.
The rich get richer the poor get the picture . The bombs never hit you when
your down so low.
...... The stars and stripes are running for their own big show.

On Comedy Inc tonite they took off little Johnny . Appearing on a local quiz
show Catchphrase.
Host: Do you recognise this ( sign saying 80% of Aussies against a war)
Johnny : No cant say I know that one.
Host : What about this ( Sorry sign)
Johnny: No don't know that word.
Host : What about this one( Stars and Stripes boxers lowered and Johnny
kissing ze derriere)
Johnny: Yes I definitely know that one.

Lew and Anna
"We get no reaction they have'nt heard a word. The're almost but not quite
what we deserve."

  Hiya all,

Well, for me, watching all of the news, it especially sickens me that
quite a few newspapers and programs are now dealing with the situation like
it is a piece of entertainment. Even one of Georgie's underlings told the
news that "by this time next week, be watching your TV's for the fireworks".
Anyways, all of this seems vaguely prophetic in Read About It. Check out the
lyrics... storm brewed in a teacup... (or would that be an oil drum??)

  - Seweryn

almost mystical ways during the day to day living out of our lives. Given
the current crisis, the Oils seem to speak louder than ever and, as usual,
directly to the heart of the matter. So here's a question:

other tunes, but KOS gets my vote for the most relevant in light of last
night's presidential address.
