Maybe somebody could explain what "Capricornia"
*actually means* in this case, and what the name comes
from. Yes, I know it's from that book by Xavier
Herbert(?), but why was THAT titled Capricornia to
start with? Is it a nickname for Australia?

I think it's in reference to the Tropic of Capricorn.
I've found a copy of the book but haven't had time to
read it yet. Anyone else?
