[Powderworks] copying VCDs

The important thing is that you can't simply drag all the files off
the VCD onto your hard disk and then copy them onto a new CDR.
You need to create an image of the entire VCD at once -- which
makes one big 750MB file on your hard disk -- then use that image
file to burn a new CDR.

I use Nero 5.5 for this;  on its File menu there's a "CD-Copy"
option which does exactly the above.  If you choose to keep the
image around after the copy is finished, you can repeatedly use
the "Burn Image" command to make more copies.
