Lordy, yes - but then the Scots are even worse. My husband is a Scot by
heritage, so our sons have been brought up on those oh so traditional
Scots songs, guaranteed to give any kid the fantods, what with the "gory
beds" and constant enumeration of dead Scots on the fields of victory or
