During the 1984 American Presidential election campaign then President Ronald 
Reagan in an appearance in New Jersey used Bruce Springsteen's Born In The 
USA  claiming that his political agenda was in sync with Springsteen's words 
and lyrics.

If you just listened to chorus you could say that.  But if you read the 
entire lyric you would realize that Springsteen was talking about how the 
Vietnam Vet had been shafted by the American Government, Media and even the 
American People.

Another reason to question what your politicians, media conglomerates and 
corporations are selling you.
