I have it listed as 12th January on both the contents list for 
my "Eye Contact" video, and on Oilbase (I have a text copy of 
v4.0 from October 94.)

I think the 12th is more likely anyway, since it was a 
Saturday, and the 15th was a Tuesday, and it seemed like the 
kind of thing they'd do on a weekend.
