Hey all,

Gotta disagree with Vince on this one. Sonic Animation are excellent, put
on your dancing shoes for this one people. They do technoie dance music but
it somehow seems like rock music in feel (probably due to their rock/indie
roots). They are rool Awstralian at times which is good for a laugh. Plus
the chorus in there latest single goes something like

"I'm a DJ - and my head is up my arse"

They are the one of the coolest, most original (both in content and groove)
turntable, sequencer type bands I've heard. If you're at the festival and
no one that you really dig is on you could do worse than losing a few pounds
at the Sonic Animation set. (keep an eye out for Robbie and Theo - they're
adorable and go just about everywhere with the band.)

They'd be great to check out after Midnight Oil (VLMOC right there).

Cheers
