[Powderworks] We should really move powderworks to a forum

well, I participate in a number of Yahoo music related groups and I
must admit it is more convenient than powderworks. some added
features include
1. search
2. threaded view
3. file and calendar sections
4. polling
5. web and email based posting
6. real moderation capabilities
you can still opt for email on every post or digest.
it also has some annoyances (ads mostly if you read on the web) but
I wouldn't mind seeing PW make its way there.
