Basically pre-ordering means you get the album from the first stock, but 
not any earlier than anyone else since the items aren't for sale until they 
are released for sale. Only if there are so many pre-orders that the first 
stock goes entirely to pre-orderers so that there's nothing left to sell 
once the pre-orders have been cleared, then everyone else would have to 
wait a little longer.

A very common policy regarding pre-orders is to pay for them once the 
ordered item is available which is nice, Whammo does it differently.
