I think Kakadu Man refers to the Bill Neidje (sp??) book called Kakadu Man.
Perhaps.....

No, I wouldn't think so. Kakadu man would mean an aboriginal person who
comes from the Kakadu area the Northern Territory. It could be any person,
but given the spirit of the album and the area's culture and heritage, most
likely aboriginal.
