Well you guys are lucky because we've got the cardboard cover version (of
Breathe) here in Oz. Mine's looking very frayed around the edges these days
!!
Another digi-pack CD I have is Pearl Jam's Vitalogy (although it's more like
a small booklet) I wonder if that was released in the same format worldwide
?
Regarding the promo CD, just got this info now straight from the source ;

Actually Vince my copy of Breathe is in the regular jewel case (I believe
that's the only way it was released in the U. S.).
I was going to ask the same question about the Golden Age promo. I was
thinking
that since Golden Age is already on the CD there might be something extra on
the promo disc to "entice" people into buying Capricornia from Whammo.
