Cream actually but originally a slow Blues song sung by the enigmatic Robert
Johnson in the late 30s from works by Lonnie Johnson among others. A guy at
my gym is a jazz/blues fan and appraised me of that one. Would be
interesting to hear the MO version.

) Crossroads - played live at Selinas, 13th April 2001. Unrecorded.

This was the Eric Clapton classic. The Selinas gig was about 2 weeks before
the East Coast Blues and Roots festival held at Byron Bay every year and
last year the Oils played there. Peter introduced this song by saying" A lot
of people want to know why the Oils are playing at a Blues Fest. This is
why", and they launched themselves into it. Brilliant stuff.

Made the trip up to Sydney last year as there hadn't been any Oils gigs in
Melbourne for ages. Had a great time and got to see the Oils in one of their
original haunts. So glad now of course that we made the effort to go.

Cheers, Jo.
