Hi,
I believe Paul Kelly did tour the US. This is the reason he changed
the name of the band from Coloured Girls (which he took from Walk on
the wild side by Lou Reed) to the Messengers. Americans are very
sensitive to being PC and I guess Coloured Girls wasn't.
