Yes I saw this Henry
what I remember is that the band was playing "beds" over the commercial
break and as the audience is applauding, David Letterman is leaning over his
desk mike to say to Paul the band leader, "midnight Oil....Midnight
Oil....MIDNIGHT OIL From Australia.. bushmen..." and Paul says "Aborigines"
as Letterman quickly introduces Nicole Kidman.
David Letterman seemed very enthusiastic about them playing Beds Are
Burning!
Hope part of that enthusiasm is due to an upcoming MO appearance on the
show!
