 }was never any band member introductions.  Not that most people there needed
 }any, but usually most bands do one.  Have they at any other shows, or is
 }that not something they usually do?

At the Las Vegas show, Peter (very briefly & quickly) introduced the
band after they played The Dead Heart (they then played Forgotten
Years and Hercules, then the encore).
