Thanks for the article, Dan- and yes you´re right!
Yesterday I saw the Oils for the first time in my life, and I know the music since
1985, so a little dream became true ;).
In Cologne, there was a crowded out location, very hot, some lyrics came to my mind
"steam in 45 degrees", but it was great. Wish I could see them another time and then
closer to the stage.
I never expected that the Oils in their 60s are still so awesome, and I couldn´t believe that
they had the same originiality that I only know from DVDs like best Of Both Worlds or 20.000 R.S.L.
And it was the day of summer solstice, too ;)
A long day, I´m still impressed thanks to the Oils !

Subject: [powderworks] My Blog on Oils' NYC Concerts
Hello. I made the trip from Missouri to NYC last month for both Webster Hall shows. They were incredible!
I wrote this blog post about the concerts and just published it yesterday. The site is mostly about movies and TV, but I made an exception this time. Here's the link:
I'd love to hear what you think!
