Midnight Oil

As a bit of a Luddite myself, Facebook (or as another poster accidentally..or maybe not...called it Faceboof) is not something I'm into. (I actually have never owned a mobile phone - yes, I'm that old school)

So let's keep this Jurassic era means of communication going, at least until the technological equivalent of a meteor knocks us all off.

Now I'm off to use my AltaVista browser to search Hotbot for the latest news on those young up-and-comers Nirvana.

I still very much follow this group. Although I might be a outdated dinosaur myself. I prefer this group. :-)

Hey comrades;

What is the relationship between this group and the FB page? Are there any admins from here who also mange the Powderworker page on Facey?

How many fans are now using FB instead of this list?

Are email forums like this an outdated discussion platform? Is email in itself dead in the water?

It seems the discussion on FB is very vibrant and robust, and is reaching out to more ppl.

I remember logging into this group in the 90s when email was a novelty.
