That's interesting, I was under the impression that it was only present on LP's.

Still, the vast majority of copies of Blue Sky Mining do not feature You May Not Be Released - the first pressing would only have been a few thousand units, and (I got curious, so I looked up the ARIA and RIAA figures) the album has sold at least 850,000 units between the US and Australia. Actually, I can find one source that claims more than 2.5 million, but I find that a tiny bit dubious.

You May Not Be Released was only ever present on early-production Australian copies of Blue Sky Mining, and possibly never on any CD copy. Its omission is expected, but I'm sure it'll be in the Overflow Tank.
