I found the EPs the least improved. I thought Place without a Postcard is a lot gutsier! And the extra clarity on Head Injuries (like the Bass) was terrific.
The first album is ok, but nothing special.
10 to 1 was also solid  with some extra clarity with the understated effects etc..
Red Sails sounded bigger to me. The 80's synths being ballsier (not a mean feat)!
I haven't got D&D onwards, being a bit of an old school fan...

Can't answer the shrink wrapping question mate? Hopefully you haven't been sold older copies??

Bummer about the DVD ... The word was it is region free. Or at least region 4...?

I received the remasters yesterday. Is there a big improvement in the sound quality? I can not really that much of a difference except on Species Deceasies. Also, they were not shrink wrapped. Is that normal?

Disappointed that the Black Rain Falls is not all region as my blu-ray play spits it out and my computers all say it is a region 2.
