I found these on a French-language Gretsch forum.  Ostensibly, these are pictures of Jim's actual guitar.  I am in no position to verify whether that is true, or whether they are pics of another instrument of the same model.

Interestingly, it's a semihollow body.  Probably made it a heck of a lot easier to play for a 2-hour gig!
