No, that is probably when they wrote that song. Many of their songs hang around for years until they finally get the words and the arrangement just right.

Hi all

I'm just watching Peter's valedictory speech (I know it's old news now) but he mentions playing an Oils song to Bob Hawke from 'the 10-1 album called There Must Be one place left in this world, a song about Antartica'. 
Is he losing it?
