There is lots of guidance on this if you look for it. I googled “convert flac to mp3” and got this:
Any one of these tutorials will get the files from the torrent to your iTunes library if that’s all you’re after.
And if you’re back a further step and unsure how to download torrents googling “how to download torrents” gives you these helpful tutorials:
As for the request to e-mail the files: no, they total 341MB and bit torrent will work perfectly well if you try it. That’s the whole point of bit torrent, to upload / download large files efficiently.
