Tim, yours was the first band group I joined.  The camaraderie of the group back then was amazing.  I’ve never seen anything like it since.  T-shirts, trip-to-Oz raffle, sharing of live shows, etc. was really great.

Heh.  Obviously, me :-)  They even sent me a copy.  The first list started around 1990, when I was just starting out as a sysadmin at CU Boulder.  So that article is probably from the mid-90s?
