In late 2002 I shelved all MO plans and activity and
eventually switched my taping activities to other groups
still active on tour (mostly with U2) and have not only been
audio taping but doing video as well.
Seems all former resistance from security, etc has vanished,
last U2 show attended (Anahiem) I had problems with my view
getting blocked by the 100s of vidcams in use and now we all
get together afterwards for the big multicam hdmi dvd release
:P Also got to do a U2 recently that took me back through
western canada but, in the reverse direction (shows from east
heading west to Vancouver) and was done in similar fashion to
Capricornia 2002 I sure do miss MO tour but, can say for
certain how things would be different nowdays These
recollections led me to digging up (literally, from under a
ton or so of stuff left in storage in Arcata) my MO boot
collection (badly degraded as far and the cd's go) and start
ripping tracks to flac to post to dime torrents and the
pirate bay (there are a few on both now)

I sure wish MO was still around, I would probably be video
editing recordings of them if they were.....

Hard to believe it's been ten years! The Capricornia album and tour were so
good, too, I was so excited about the future of the band...
