I'm really looking forward to this boxed set & i'm also hoping that it will include some covers that the band has played during their active years on the frontline just like Flowers (Icehouse) has recently done with the release of the 30th anniversary album of Icehouse.
I remember them doing a rather alternative version of Shaking All Over one night but i would love to hear them doing Dancing the Night Away by the Motors just for prosperity's sake.

Cheers, Bazza

INXS have just released a remastered box set of all the back catalogue and unfortunately it's rather disappointing.
Just the 10 albums in a hard cardboard box. No extras or bonus. Such a shame as they have loads of unreleased stuff floating about.
I know the Oils will blow us away with their boxset.

If you use Facebook, post various amazing Youtube clips of Oils shows on your wall. It could get some people to notice. Grass roots marketing. But speaking of that, I hope some real marketing happens in the states for this boxed set.

"Unseen film" are words I like. Quite a lot ;o)

Actually, the whole message implies that this boxset is going to be
significantly more substantial than a box full of CD's. Hope it works
out better for them than H&C's Horn of Plenty - I picked that up for
$50, and whilst I appreciated the bargain, I doubt H&C appreciated
seeing their premium product on the clearance table!
