Hello All -

Recently acquired the Breathe interview disc. A red disc in a plain black cardboard sleeve. The disc has the Sprint logo, "SAMP 840" and "Breath The Interview Disc" on it, but no notes, cue sheet or verbage of any sort. The disc has 42 tracks and runs a tad over 17 minutes.

What jumped out at me from first listen is that this disc is a much less organized or formal than the other interview discs. Some odd studio clips, snippets of conversation that are not necessarily rooted in the track listing or any particular natural order. Mostly Rob, some Pete, very casual stuff.

Does anyone know the story of this disc? Why it is different than the other similar interview pieces? How it was distributed? It does not seem useful to a DJ at all, but for a dedicated fan it's kind of cool (like the Breathe album, a bit messy, some gems, kind of gets into its own flow after a while...).

As ever,

JP
