Thanks for that Tom

Two things made me laugh about this.

1. George W telling anyone else that they don't have a clue, I mean come on George listen to yourself.
2. A publication called Green Left Weekly - carefully selected readership I think??

Anyway, good to see PG on the streets with the people.

[powderworks] The Big Issues  [No Protective Marking]

Hi Powdies

The Fed Env Min swapped his (velour?) jacket for a "Big Issue" vendor's jacket yesterday, on Edward St and Adelaide St in Brisbane yesterday afternoon (4.30-ish).

He was running a bit late due to some previous meetings, but managed to sign and sell a few copies of the latest issue (with Hugh Laurie from "House" on the cover, and a quote by George W Bush on the inside claiming that Obama "has no clue, I promise you"). Meanwhile, two socialists fired questions without notice (from a distance) about uranium mines and the effect of the Northern Territory intervention on indigenous Australians, while selling "Green Left Weekly".
