Since the consensus seems to be "Dude doesn't know how to author" or rather, "Dude's DVD Recording Machine makes a mess of the specification", can we get this DVD to somebody who knows enough about authoring to rip the MPEG and audio content from the VOB's and re-author it properly?

I'd put up my hand more directly, but with uni, I have very little time for sleeping already.

yes something weirs is with that dvd, if I play it on my pc it doesn't play correctly, but If I play it on stand alone dvd player all is ok.
But when I tried to extract the audio from it with different programs, either the program crashed or the complete pc did! :p

anyway is a great dvd, great picture and sound (better than the radio broadcast)

As being one that had the DVD from DIME completely 
download, I was wondering if anyone else that got it have it work 
completely, or does everyone have flaws where there it is sound missing, etc.? 
The quality is nice, but is missing sound on the first one of the files for 
sure, and I didn't check it from start to finish yet.
