Philosophically she exhibited the oxymoron of "If Jimmy cracked corn and I don't care, why did I write a song about it?" ... "...snarled "I know and i dont care!""  ... the snarl contradicts the words, or more probably the vernacular is now commonly used with innate terminological inaccuracy.  Probably she meant "Your added reminder is substantially irritating because I pathologically resent the harmless historic fact of their presence.  I probably need some form of counseling on the matter but I'm far too pompous to engage any."

Incidentally I have asked "the office" if they would like to offer a personal or legal comment on trading of live show recordings, and they have noted that they intend to reply on the topic.  That might be as little as "no comment", but I expect some reply will come in time.
Thanks for all the comments.  To be honest, I'd anticipated more vigorous replies (read: flames, hate mail, death threats, list mutiny) but debate has been exceeding polite.  Thanks!  We're showing our collective age, by exhibiting outrageous levels of personal maturity in the face of obvious red-raggery.

i remember I used to visit the office regularly back in the day. about 15 years ago i put a "save Cape York" sticker on their letter box which peter saw and told everyone to leave it there. which i though was the best thing on earth!

Anyway about a year ago I was walking down Glebe point Road and i remembered said cape york sticker and i see its faded remants on that same letter box. i became rather animated and saw a woman going through the gate and into the front door. I said to her "hey, did you know that this used to be the band Midnight Oil's former managerila office?"

She turned around and snarled "I know and i dont care!"

hahhahaha! i thought that was a funny story
