Beth you are so right about age and E&S&M being a good album for songs =
played "live". I turn 50 in June, and I'm not planning on slowing down =
at all. I saw Midnight Oil during the 1993 tour (when I was 40!) in =
support of E&S&M. It was the first time I'd seen them live, and I was =
two rows from the front and just about dead center in front of the band. =
That proves my memory still works . . .

All of the songs were great live. But the Oils had a lot of work to do =
to, because the Hothouse Flowers and Ziggy Marley both put on fabulous =
warmup shows and really had the crowd rocking.

I know at least one other Powderworker was there. I remember =
corresponding with Glitch a while back and realizing we both attended =
the same show. Of course, she's a lot younger than me, so she probably =
remembers it better.

Jeff

My almost 44-year old heart frickin' bleeds for you, son. *snort* =
Yer
only as old as you feel.

Hey, isn't PG coming up on 50? (We have the same birthdate, what a
coincidence) We should all hope to look that good at 50. Maybe we
Workers should do something to commemorate this milestone? - Beth
