forces elements and the approval of the U.S. government.

U.S. embassadors threatening the people of Bolivia on election days.

Increasing of military, logistical and financial support to Colombia 
Plan, while a paramilitary fascist assumed the power in that brother 
country.

Increasing of military personal on Manta, Ecuador.

Continous military manouvers on Vieques in spite people's resistence.



Before September 11th 2001:


On September 11th, 1973. Coup d'etat leaded by Jose Augusto Pinochet 
Ugarte that overthrow Salvador Allende's democratic government, the 
participation of the CIA is fully documented.

3,000 people death in Chile by dictatorship.

Around 10,000 people death in South America because Condor Plan.

This is the starting age for dictatorship in Latin America also for 
neoliberalism.... i'm not able to count all the people that died because 
the represion, torture, starving and poverty commited by "the Washington 
friends" in Latin America.
