Hey all!

Okay, it's been a week, so the signup for my tree is now closed.
I'm figuring out what the tree looks like and will be contacting
people shortly about who their branches and leaves are.  There
are plenty of branches (thank you all!) so nobody should get
stuck making too many copies.

All in all there are 24 branches and 31 leaves from 5 countries:
USA (16 states), Canada, Australia, France, and Brazil.
