I believe someone said that Borders had it in the plastic jewel case.  
However I 
checked it out at the Borders in my area and it was the digipak.  It did have 
one
of those plastic anti-theft devices around it though, and I think that's 
probably 
what the person saw and mistook for a jewel case.
