[Powderworks] Abbreviation?

Vince is understating things here when he says there are several RSL's in
Australia.  Almost every major town/city has an RSL club so you'll find them
all over the place.

There is only one down side to the RSL, the Redneck President Bruce Ruxton,
this guy is stuck in WW2 and is a bit of a xenophobe but I think he may have
retired recently.
