Howdy, 'workers,

I was walking by the Spectrum last night and checked the listing of acts
that will be playing there in the next little while.  It turns out that
Frenzal Rhomb, the band that covered The Dead Heart on the tribute album
will be supporting another act.  Can't remember the name of the other acts
or the date, but it might be of interest to some of the 'workers in the
area.

On a different note, Daniel Belanger, one of the really good Quebec
performers, is playing eight nights at the Spectrum and has already sold
out five of the shows.  Holy cow.  I'm still kicking myself for not going
to see him at a tiny show he did a few years back in Edmonton.
