I am too getting tired of people blaming Clinton for everything. I remember from the previous news, when Clinton was trying to resolve the Middle-East conflict, they occupied the whole media, and distracted the whole deal with Monika trial. They made the soap opera out of the whole ordeal, and killed the real issue. Not that I particularly agree in his private life, but it's between him, his women, his daughter (s) and his family, and has nothing to do with his ability to run his office.
As far as the forests rebuilding themselves, I learned many times on my trips to Glacier National Park Montana, native Americans told me, that the only way for the pine trees to replant themselves, is via the fire. The fire helps the seedlings to open, and plant the roots. Otherwise, the seedlings just won't open, and mold. People have to learn to live with it, and learn it's pattern. Cutting the trees only contributes to bigger fires in the future, because that contributes to the crown fires, and that kind of fire destroys the forest. The small brush and undergrowth fires don't kill forest or trees.
This trip I saw many forests stand just dead in Yellowstone because of fires. This is unusually hot and dry summer for those folks in Montana/Wyoming/Dakotas. South Dakota was so dry, it looked eery.
