"A ROCK festival which would have attracted 45,000 people and featured acts 
including Midnight Oil, Billy Idol and Garbage has been banned from the 
Sydney Cricket Ground. This despite the fact just five residents complained 
about the event."  Final decision to be made in a couple of weeksby Council.
