Just wondering......did any Sydney workers attend the Homebake rock festival
last week ?

Something for Kate performed their cover of Dreamworld and it was probably
the highlight of their set.

The Hoodoo Gurus played their last ever gig and ripped through their setlist
which was just full of classics. It was quite interesting (and amusing) to
see young teenagers really getting into the Gurus, considering a lot of
their songs were written before they were even born !!!

It got me thinking....i'd love to see the Oils play at Homebake, being an
all ages festival, they would be playing to a whole new range of potential
young fans.
